Let the computer look for the bad guys while you sleep. Why should you have to keep running queries on suspects, victims and witnesses daily? The computer can do that for you.

Basically here is how it works.

• User runs a query by putting in their search parameters
  
• User can elect to have the application repeat the query automatically as many times as the user dictates.
  
• User specifies the frequency of the query within every few minutes in the case of a Megan’s law issue or other time critical situation or daily, weekly, monthly, etc.
  
• The HRI application keeps searching for new information. If and when it finds it, the system compares the new search results with the previous then notifies the user when new information is available.

• ARIES highlights the new information and sends an E-mail to the user to inform them that new data has been found in the net and displays that new data.
